Location! It's very close to Sapporo Station, Daimaru, and Stellar Place. There are convenient stores around, too! Cleaning service is good. They bring fresh towels and fresh pj (even though we didn't use them), slippers, and bottled water every day. The beds are very comfortable.

We paid a small daily fee for an upgrade to the Junior Suite and it was the best. The suite is huge, beautifully decorated with two huge double beds. The onsen facility is also excellent and the location walking distance close to Sapporo Station

Nothing except the Staff are very attentive and friendly. Mostly English speaking staff so nothing to worry for those traveller that can’t be able to speak Japanese

My stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo West was amazing, the staff were great and friendly. I really enjoyed the breakfast options and I upgraded my room to a double twin room for 5,000 yen which was really good so I had plenty of space for my luggages. The hotel was very close to the station and a lot of the tourist spots which was very helpful.

Location is excellent, just a five minute walk to Sapporo station. Rooms were neat and fairly new.

The hotel is very accessible from Sapporo Station and there are three convenience stores within a 100m walk. The room and bathroom are spacious. We had space to open two large suitcases in the room.
