i love the onsen and the free drinks and lounge area for guests.except the housekeeping lady who dont clean the room well and a nit rude(the old lady,the younger one is nice)

The best part of this hotel is the location, the back door connected to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. And next to the hotel reception they offer free amenities and warm pack, very great during winter time.

Great location! One of the best options for winter season travellers as the hotel can be accessed via underground shopping centre that is connected from Susukino and Oodori station. It is also located undercovered area(local shopping arcade). On my last visit in Sapporo(2 years ago), it was really hard to drag my carriers on the snow filled street even though the hotel is only 5 min away from the station. That was the main reason why I chose this hotel this time. It was good choice. Onsen and lounge are a bonus. Spacious(for a Japanese hotel) and cosy room!!

Conveniently located with direct access to Tanukiji Mall and Airport Shuttle bus stop around the corner opposite Abest Hotel. Well equipped with free amenties, lounge area, public bath and breakfast spread with variety.

The location is super convenient. We pretty much walked to all the places we wanted to visit in Sapporo. There’s also a very close-by bus stop for the airport limousine. We also enjoyed the hot spring in the hotel.

Excellent location, good self-serve amenities, comfortable and affordable rooms, onsen on 2F was good. Daily housekeeping available. Above all, the direct access to Tanukikoji Shopping Street was hands down the most important factor for us, as there were plenty of restaurants, shops and conbinis near the hotel which suited us as we had limited time in Sapporo. Rooms (interconnecting) were clean and the daily housekeeping is nice.

Location is very convenient - situated in Tanukikoji Market - walking distance to the airport shuttle bus stop is only 100m. Staff is helpful. Has connecting rooms which suits our family of 4. Has free drinks & complimentary snacks at their lounge area as well as a microwave for guest to use. A bit crowded after dinner time though where many guests will hang out after a long day out. Area is a bit small.
