The reception staff are very friendly, greeting guests with warm smiles and speaking English very well. The rooms are compact and clean. Although there is some noise from passing trains, but it is not too disruptive. All necessary amenities are provided on the first floor, there are 2 washing machines, which were always available when I needed them. The breakfast is light and pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located near the JR Sapporo train station, making it easy to walk to various tourist attractions. Overall, I was very impressed with my stay.

The room was bigger than I expected. The room and toilet were clean. I like that there was space for a table and chair. We've had all what we needed for in a room. And they had a simple yet filling breakfast spread. The staff were all very accommodating and hospitable. Near Daimaru and Sapporo Station. Will stay here again if ever I'm in Sapporo.

Strategic location, 5mins to JR station. Complimentary breakfast is decent. Hot water and free coffee is provided, and plenty of baggage lockers available.

I chose this hotel because I was arriving late to Sapporo and wanted a hotel near the Sapporo Station since I was taking the train again early next morning. There's actually a convenient "short cut" thru the station with the exit near (or cross the street from) the hotel but I discovered that only the next morning. There's a konbini right next to the hotel.
