Compact room with everything you needed. We had 3 of us in one room and it was perfect for a one night stay. Beds were very comfortable, onsen in the hotel was excellent

Fantastic value for money. Super clean and modern. Nice and close to Sapporo Station, and great location to get to all places. A special thank you to the staff, as I left my headphones in the room- they were very responsive with communication and I was easily able to pick them up in a few days when I returned to Sapporo.

I want to thank the front desk staff; they were extremely helpful and patient in accommodating my request. Their English was perfect, so I could communicate with them easily. My case was a bit complicated: I booked a double room and a single room for different dates and different travelers. A week before our arrival, I sent an email to the hotel to specify the travelers, dates, and rooms allocations. The staff patiently reconfirmed all the details with me to ensure they understood my request. Upon my arrival, when I first mentioned my request, the front desk staff already had a note at the counter and knew who I was. Since a child was checking in on a later day, I asked if there was any chance they could arrange the two rooms on the same floor. Knowing that the hotel was very busy and that the two rooms weren’t checking in on the same date, I didn’t actually expect it to happen. However, when we checked into the second room, the hotel had specially arranged for it to be next to the first room! Also, there was a note at the counter, and different staff members already knew who we were! We felt lots of respect and caring from them :) Other than that, the beds of this hotel were the most comfortable out of the 4 hotels we have stayed at during our trip across Tokyo and Hokkaido! We could also choose the pillows at the lobby, so we slept very well. The public bath place is big enough and the lounge is very spacious and relaxing. I enjoyed the free coffee there too. Lastly, the location of the hotel is very convenient too that we could get around the city easily. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Sapporo next time!

1. got little problems with booking situations but the staffs are very very helpful to solve my problems. 2. they have lounge at 2nd floor, you can have free coffee while peacefully watching the snow pouring. 3. free public onsen included 4. bigger rooms than other chain hotel in tokyo 5. great location, close to convenience store, sapporo tv tower, odori park, and clock tower.
