The location was close to Sapporo station, making it easy to access subway and JR. There is also bus stop near hotel to go to Otaru. Complimentary hot drinks at lobby was good, especially latte, chocolate and mocha. Kids amenities were provided. Hotel also allowed umbrella to be borrowed for free.

Stayed for 6 nites in total as a base. Within short walk to JR station and main Sapporo’s attractions, clock tower, odori park, TV station etc… Triple room size is decent and clean. Beds are comfortable Complimentary coffee at lobby is good

Hotel is clean and triple room is decent. Coffee at lobby is good. Proximity to Sapporo station and walking distance to Clock clock tower, odori park.. a lot of options for food in the vicinity.

The location was good, very near the JR station. Everything was within walking distance. Room amenities was good, I could cast my phone and watch Netflix which was a plus as most hotel here does not have that. There is also a laundry room.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Welcome drink, coin washing machine & dryer, microwave & vending machine are also available on level 2 of the building.

The staff was amazing and super helpful. Even though we had a language barrier, they tried their best and resolved our request. There was also free alcohol which was a bonus.

Location, and Coffee in the lobby was really good!! They had their own blend which was probably the best coffee we had from a instant machine.
