Location is good, 10-15 mins walk to Sapporo station, close to the tram which takes u to other parts of town, also close between 2 subway station. A gluttton street is only 2 mins walk and there are 2 family marts next door. Getting food or drinks is easy. Close to shopping malls as well. Bag storge space is at the bottom of the bunks. Quite clean. Bed pillow comforter were good though

It was my first time to go abroad to Japan. I went to Kansai and Tokyo a few days ago. The hostels I stayed in were all very good. Hokkaido was the last stop. The lady at the front desk was very beautiful. She was a cool Japanese beauty. She spoke good English and lent me a conversion plug. The bed was clean and comfortable. I will choose this hotel again when I go to Sapporo, Hokkaido next time.

It was honestly one of the best hostels I’ve been to! Amazing location, super friendly staff and it was the most spacious bunk bed I’ve ver had at the hotel. The price was amazing and I’d def stay there again!!

Very happy with Helio. Location couldn’t be better. The facilities are amazing. Spacious e comfy pods, clean bathrooms, excellent kitchen if you’re into cooking, and the cafe/co-working space is fantastic! Lovely staff. 100% recommend and will be staying again :)

The hostel is organized, clean, and well-appointed. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the general atmosphere is comfortable. I loved the shower stalls—they were spacious, private, and provided space and hooks for personal belongings.

Fantastic inner city location. Despite being a multi person dorm everything was very self contained and private. Slept well with very little noise. By far best experience in a capsule accomodation on this trip. Check in was smooth and access superb.
