I love this place. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Sapporo. The beds and facilities are very clean and comfortable. There's a nice lounge are where you can chill or get done work done. But the vet best is the onsen. I was not expecting anything but the place was more that what I thought. Also, great location. Just off the train station.

Bed and pillow were comfortable. The onsen was very nice and the personal care products were quite good. In the deluxe cabin, there is quite a lot of space to fit a big suitcase, but you will have to open it on top of the bed.

The bath was exceptional, and the amenities and shampoo/conditioner provided as well as the makeup cleanser, facial milk and lotion were incredible! The cabin was comfortably sized and breakfast was plentiful. Staff was accommodating and helpful for a first timer like me! Will definitely book here again!

Can check in during midnight. We needed to stay in Sapporo one night suddenly and it helped us a lot. The large public bath is good. There are 4 different hot springs (?) you can choose.

Gardens Cabin was - at my time of visiting in August 2024 - an exceptional hotel. I chose a premium capsule (with a slightly bigger bed and personal space to walk. The entire operation is well-managed and I was permitted to check in late shortly after midnight. I was helped to understand the system by which this hotel works (and how the sleeping area is separate from the packing + bathroom areas) and there was literature in English to help further. The internet connection was extremely fast and allowed me to carry out any work I needed. The hotel is conveniently located above a 7-Eleven shop for purchasing any necessities. The hotel is more conveniently located almost in the centre of town, for easy walking and public transport access to the busiest and most vibrant areas of Sapporo. The staff were kind but we had very little interaction because most of my needs were met all at once upon check-in (which was a fast check-in in my experience). Breakfast was delicious and a true highlight, including a mix of rice, eggs, fish, chicken, pork, salad, and baked goods - alongside good coffee and juice. I must mention the public bath ('spa' or 'onsen') which was truly divine. Access to the public bath was included in the price of my stay, and the public bath is also available to members of the public who pay for day access. The baths were separated into male and female baths, and otherwise I shared the baths with other people. A cold, warm, and hot bath were available, and the facilities of these baths including the bathing options + lockers + bathroom sinks were outstanding. Having spent a lot of time walking during my trip, the baths soothed my aching muscles and I found the clientele were very polite.

The dorms were very quiet and every floor had all the facilities you need. I thought I'd be claustrophobic but once the light was off I slept soundly.
