I stayed in three hotels in Susukino and this was by far the largest room and most comfortable

location was good.. close to a Shushukino train station and also to the airport limo stops. room was good size with good view of the city. I didn't know if there was any breakfast provided by hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank goodness for Google translate! The fact that they had unlimited amenities supplied at the reception was great. Love the Yamato service which was very convenient.

The staffs are very friendly. After knowing that we would skip breakfast for 2 days, they exchanged the breakfast coupons to meal coupons that can used anytime in their cafe. They also provide kid friendly toiletries for my kids. Although the hotel doesnt has an onsen, they offered the Onsen Powder for guests who need it. The breakfast is good with a wide variety of options, and the location is convenient to Nijo Market.

Location: Close to Susukino area, but relatively in quiet area Room: Wider than other Japanese business hotel Service: A fresh towel and poly bag for garbage provided every early morning

The location was fantastic, right next to central Susukino. Close to a lot of restaurants. The room was very comfortable and a good size, enough room to open luggage's and store your shoes. The bathroom was very clean.

The check-in and check out peocess was simple and easy. The room was very clean and larger than expected. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and despite being in the middle of the city you couldn't hear noise from the room. The location was also very convenient and walking distance from many key points of interest. We would definitely stay here again.
