24 hour access, easy checkin, lockers available in dormitory for personal belongings, Jax and the other dog, public lounge area to meet fellow travellers, 15 to 20minute walk to the middle of sapporo. All amenities were well serviced and the property was clean.

By accident I booked into a female room as a male, but on the day of arrival the host arranged everything such that I could stay there anyway. I spent most of my time outside of the hostel, but the time I did spend there was comfortable.

Everything was clean and they even provide free towels to use! Very friendly staff and they have a good common area to hang out as well. :)

I was looking for a budget place to stay since my trip to Sapporo was spontaneous and found this hostel. Although at the time I booked it was a bit pricey - it was around January and the dates I booked coincided with the snow festival so the price is understandable. I stayed at the 4pax female room and got the upper bed. The room is spacious for four people plus luggages. There's even a couch inside the room. The bed is ok but it's a bit challenging to climb up & down. There's a toilet just outside the room so it's convenient especially at night. The shower room is downstairs and it's clean and well kept. Towels and slippers are available. I like how easy the check in and check out was. It's also near a park which you can pass as you walk to the subway station.

It was one of the best! gust houses I stayed in Japan's. Very comfortable beds, very clean and close to the train station. I highly recommend it.

Staff were super kind and hospitable. Lounge area is very chill. Room is kept cosy. Wash facilities all kept clean.

The owner Nathan and his family are super lovely and have created a very welcoming atmosphere. It's clean, beds are very comfortable and there is good social space downstairs for hanging out. Overall a very social place with lots of international visitors which was great as a solo traveller. Pretty close to the subway as well so easy enough to get into town and walkable if necessary.

Great conditions, top level amenities, good location close to a subway station (there is a short walk and the path is not really lit at night at times, however I did not feel unsafe). Staff is very friendly and helpful.
