Best coffe, great shower, very clean, the warmest hospitality, perfect room size. we had the greatest time and wish we had more time to spend there.

Very clean stay with very kind and nice owners. The room was large and the location is pet friendly, yard is fully fenced. The location is in a quiet area. All amenities are fully functional. We were welcomed with our dog and loved this place!

Such a lovely guest house, very quiet and spacious. As soon as I arrived I was impressed by the big garden, were well kept lawn, nice sun loungers. The outside BBQ and dining area are fabulous, coffee machine and all facilities, fridge TV cooker. The room was very comfortable and really spotless clean with own bathroom and WC, fridge, TV, balcony. WiFi Spent one night only but slept really well. It is a short distance by car to Sapareva Banya where you can go to have a nice meal in the Bohemi or Golden Chicken restaurants. The hosts are really nice and friendly and gave me good advice and tips where to eat and about the hike to the Seven Rila Lakes as I was going there next day.

Nice location,close to Rila Lakes if you have a car. Cozy apartments with a beautiful garden. Good service and great host. We are here for the second time, and it's nice coming back. Recommend it for couples, families, and friends. By the way, you can stay here with your dogs as we did.

Very nice garden with bbq area and playground. Flexible landlady, nice bathroom. Good beds!
