The location of the Hotel and the staff is great, the service is commendable. For me the shining part of the hotel was its SPA services, which is one of the best that I have visited in my travels. Value for the money can be argued, but overall my experience in the hotel was great.

Everything is great. The room is clean and new. SPA is excellent with 14 different activities. We also purchased extra Turkish Hammam treatment which was excellent. Staff is very kind and helpful. During checkout, I complained about the bed which was not very comfortable. Ms Samia expressed her sorrow about it and offered a 30-minute free massage, unfortunately, we could not take it as we were about to leave; however it made us happy as it showed how the hotel is taking care of guests' satisfaction.

Everything was amazing, they gave us early check in, thanks for the guest relations officer our Egyptian sister ms Samia , she was very helpful and very cheerful, and thanks for mr Mohammed The spa was very good and the hot jacuzzi vas nice. The location was marvellous

Quick check in &check out. Very friendly staff. Very good selection of food for breakfast. Stunning vie of Sapanca lake from the balcony of the room. 2-3 min walk to the lake .

The lakefront location and the greenery all around it are certainly suggestive and transmit a lot of calm and serenity. I really liked the view from my lakefront room. The manager Erise was very nice to us.
