Most amazing hotel. Staff is so incredibly accommodating, friendly and sweet. The rooms are gorgeous and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in sapa. Loved it

The hotel is great with everything you need, very comfortable and clean. It also has heating/AC, which was very helpful as it was cold outside. It was a great experience to have a hot bath while watching the city. Sonie is the best, who is running the hotel. He organized for us bus tickets to our next destination and a driver to Sunday market Bac Ha (a must go) prior to our arrival on Saturday evening. Always quick responses via WhatsApp. The hotel is highly recommended.
