Everyone was amazing and helpful! It was so peaceful in Supan and was such a lovely break and escape. The trek was 10/10 and I would highly recommend staying here!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay but there were a couple of things that could use some improvement to make this place live up to its full potential. If you’re looking for a place in the rural area of Sapa and the weather is not too cold, this is a lovely place. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, always ready to help. They arranged transportation for us to the hotel, provided a motorbike rental, and assisted in organizing our activities, making our trip even more enjoyable. The pool was lovely, and the views from the property were absolutely stunning. The on-site restaurant also served delicious food. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect stay – everything was excellent!
