The staff are very accommodating🥰🥰🥰. They clean the room and change your towel every time. They can communicate to you in english and they can give you advice on what place you have to visit, that's a big plus for someone who doesn't have any idea where to go 😉. Thanks Lahn. See you later.

The staff is lovely. Lan helped us at all times: she suggested plans, provided us with transport to get around the city, organised the bus tickets for us. In addition, we extended our stay for another day and they were very flexible. As for the room, it was spotless. Spacious, very clean and with very nice views. It is in a very good location. You can walk to all the places. We are very happy with the treatment, the professionalism, the affection and the stay. 100% recommended

The owner is very friendly , she recommended for us a lot of famous places in Sapa. She organized trekking tour, selling bus tickets , laundry services ... We had a great vacation in here . Hotel is in the center and room is big , worth money

The owner was hands down the nicest person you could ever meet. She is responsive, knows all about Sa Pa, can help you with tourist info, and so much more. She really helped us in attending our needs, especially due to the subpar functionality of the facilities. She also speaks English really well, so it is a bonus for many travellers who wish to book here. Overall, the owner is our saving grace and our hero for this hotel. :)

We arrived very late at 6am the next morning. Reception was open and were able to check in quickly with no issues and get some sleep before our hike to Fansipan.
