Spectacular view from the balcony. The 3 front desk ladies are very helpful and efficient. They arranged for local attractions tickets and my travel to the next destination. Pleasant stay.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Big soft bed and the view (room with mountainview) was wonderful: seeing the sun rise over the clouds. Quiet hotel (one exception) at the edge of town, everything within walking distance.

receptionists, staff, and masseuse were very very friendly - cheapest 90 min massage here compared to all of sapa (300k vnd), and so amazing!!! buffet breakfast had good variety of both western and asian fruits/carbs/veggies. if you check out early they’ll also store ur luggage for free. they also negotiate for grab taxis cheaper if ur going somewhere far, eg the glass bridge. but location is super close to everything - highly recommend the funny pub & resto 1 minute walk away from hotel, there’s 3 super cute mountain dogs!!!! room was clean but theres a huge window into the bathroom - there’s blinds but they’re a little hard to work with, would be fine for couples but keep that in mind if you’re going with friends.

I think the best view hotel of SAPA ! I was in room 410, from 25 to 28 January, 2025. The staff was fantastic and so much co-operative. I will.definitely recommend Sapa Vista Hotel. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable to sleep. They provide motorbike rental facilities. I will come again.

The location of the hotel was good. We walked to the Sapa Station to go to the Fansipan. Even to explore the Sapa City was like 7 min walking distance. The personal at the hotel were so kind. She welcomed us so kindly and gave us recommendations for our trip to Fansipan. On our way back to the bus station she organised us a tuk tuk because we couldn’t get a taxi. We had a room with a balcony and mountain view. The view was amazing!

WOW WOW WOW.... No need to get up early and search sunrise, the best sunrise is right on you balcony. but let me preface this with..... I had booked 2nights with a mountain view. I booked quite late and when I arrived the room was not available. Reception made a deal that I would take a cheaper room 'without' a mountain view for the first night and for the second night I would get the top floor deluxe room. I had no problems as I had arrived quite late the first night and was ready for sleep. What a deal, the 2nd night deluxe mountain view room was UNREAL. The room is enormous, has a huge empty space that use at least a couch. There is no bath but the view, WOW. It was just incredible, I can only recommend, especially if you get it at a good price/deal like I did. As a solo traveller, it was amazing. Any hotel on that side of town on the top floor will have the same view. Staff also helped me rent a moped from a neighbouring business and they were at a great price and perfect for good quality.

Not the best location, but still quite close to the city center. Hotel offers train station pickup, trekking to Fansipan and villages, so it is nice to have it set in one place.
