Very nice hotel with excellent customer service going to great lengths to make their customers happy (particularly lovely Ms Hang from the reception). I arrived by night bus very early in the morning and was offered a room for early check-in around 8 am - it was different than the room that I booked, so in the end I preferred to wait until that one frees up, but I very much appreciate all the efforts to accommodate me as early as possible and also super quick cleaning of "my" room after the previous guests checked out. I also appreciate other perks, such as breakfast on the day of arrival, possibility to take a shower before the departure (overnight bus again) or lift to the bus station. I also appreciate the help with booking tickets to the Fansipan Peak etc. All this certainly exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Everything was very clean. There was a rooftop swimming pool with equally excellent views, although it was a bit too cold to use it. The location was very good, close to the lake and walking distance to restaurants or other places of interest. The breakfast was very good with good choice of dishes.

- We have been stayed in there for 2 times. Everything is perfect. Staff are frienlly. always smile and give me some helpful information - big hotel with swimming pool on rooftop - Breakfast is delicious, vary of selection, Vietnam Pho with good taste - The girl in front desk give me spacious room with lake view for upgrade. They accepted late check out at 12:30pm without fee
