We had a really good experience here. The hotel is quite close to the town but not in the busy and crowded area. Rooms were good and clean. The staff was exceptional. I forgot to extend my stay left the hotel on a trek and had to change the booking while I was away and the manager assisted as soon dropped a message. I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in sapa !! Breakfast was pretty good too.

The staff are really nice. Comfortable bed in dorm room with privacy. It's not far from the city center. The owner and their son's are very helpful when I need something. During my time, the dorm was almost empty, so I felt like it's a private room. You have. View of the lake.

So the staff here are really nice, very helpful and gave good advice. The room itself is gorgeous and has a lovely view of the lake, and the location is also very good. The staff gave tips on where to go/what to see and even called up a motorbike driver for me for a (paid) tour, so that was all good.

Nice and comfortable stay, friendly and helpful staff. Great part of Sa Pa, out of the main area but also close enough to walk, with a great view of the lake. Would certainly come again.
