The hotel was really nice and comfy. I liked that we had a little balcony to kinda feel the fresh breeze of air. The family rooms I've booked were clean and spacious enough for 3 people per rooms. The most important thing was that the staffs were really nice and assisted us in any way they can. It has been a pleasure staying there with my family when thought it was a short stay only. The hotel has a restaurant with sumptous breakfast, 100k per person and they have a small shop inside their building/hotel with affordable prices. I've bought wind breakers/winter jackets and bags for my whole family and myself and spent only a few million dong, they accept card with 3% charge.

Great location, great facilities, the staff was fantastic. We had a spacious room and bathroom. Very comfy bed and pillows. It was just few steps away from center, which was great. Highly recommend!

So far everything was good the hotel location was easy as we can walk from the hotel all the way to the sun plaza. All the staff was well accommodating

Service was excellent. Best location. Very near near Sun Plaza and SaPa town in general. View was also okay. We got upgraded to a quadruple room for free so the view was a bit different to what was in the photos for the triple room.

All the staff are very helpful and caring. The housekeepers are very honest, I left some money for tipping on cleaning my room and just because I am still staying and did not check out they dare not take my tips.

It's a good location!!!👍 Since we came with the night train we could have breakfast there! Ask for early check-in! The staff is helpful and booked tickets for Farsipan mountain for us!! Breakfast is good as well!👍

The room had a beautiful view and the breakfast was lovely.The location was good too especially if you remembered to use the steps on level 1 that leads straight into town
