Helpful, nice. Booked straight away my tickets for the able car etc. Good place to stay. Got upgraded to mountain view room with small balcony. Close to bars, restaurants, station to go to Fansipan. Recommend

Staff were great. Rooftop pool and deck had an amazing view. Location was perfect. Room also had a great view. Had some issues with a leaking sink that was unable to be addressed during our stay.

We had a great stay here and the location was great walking distance from Sapa centre. The staff were very friendly and gave us a free room upgrade and helped to return a ring we have a left beind❤️

The place was not perfect and some adjustments are needed, but Anthony was the best host, which amply made for the small shortcomings. Whenever we needed something, he was there on the spot to provide it and find a solution. We would return anytime.

This hotel was exactly what I needed after a few weeks just in hostels. I think the staff picked up on that too. I was able to get an early check in and they also upgraded me to a better room too for free! With a beautiful view of the mountain! The hotel manager also deserves a big mention, extremely accommodating, knowledgable and helpful!
