Found the location amazing, so easy to walk around and see everything. Property itself was lovely and looked very nice, room was large and spacious with a balcony that had a lovely view of the city. We really enjoyed the massage salon connected into the hotel from the lobby. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, spoke very good English. Room was very clean

Everything was excellent. Above all, we must praise the helpfulness of the owners. They helped us a lot both in booking a motorbike and in keep our luggage when we were away for a few days. They also organized trekking for us in the surrounding villages. When we returned, they also gave us a free shower. The food is also excellent. I can only say all the best.

Hotel was pretty good. Staff are helpful. They offered discount on spa and massage. Also they adjusted day for our breakfast as we had to check out early morning at 6.00 am and catch bus to hanoi

After travelling by bus to the accommodation we were able to check in early and then get on our way up the Mountain to Mt Fansipan. Although the accommodation was basic, it suited our needs perfectly!

The lady and gentleman that work at the front desk are exceptional. So incredibly kind and considerate but not overbearing. The room is located well, very clean, a good size and well apointed for a lovely stay. The air conditioner worked well but I loved that I also had a window i could open. Breakfast was also great. The massages they offer on the ground floor are also verry good. I was in vietnam for almost 2 months and this was my favourite hotel.
