Beautiful stay with the perfect location right in Sapa center. We enjoyed 4 nights in the suite room, which is super spacious and even has a cute seating area to have coffee & tea. Everything was totally clean and well maintained. Good shower with hot water & enough towels. The garden area is beautifully decorated, even in thick fog. Great & filling breakfast with fresh coffee. We loved how attentive the owners were. They prepared us a very early breakfast and the owner even drove us to the bus station without wanting any compensation. Thank you again for a great stay & hopefully some better weather!

Large clean room, free breakfast of 2 eggs and bread. Close to centre with good restaurants around the corner. Reception man was fantastic . Station to fanispan 2 minutes walk, 35 mins downhill to cat cat village. Quiet at night.

Amazing experience ! Really nice room, nice strong shower, room was cleaned and given bottles of water everyday. Woke up late once so the owner decided to bring breakfast to our room for us! Nicest owner you could ask for. He even waited with us and made sure we got on our bus on the day we left. Definitely stay here!

Mr. Hoi is very good, helpful and cooperative. Smile face. Friendly nature. Helped us to book taxi and tkt for glass bottom bridge. He allowed us to chk in 1 hrs early.

Very nice and comfortable room, with a good shower. The host was very friendly and helpful with everything, especially places to do and visit. Location is good, about 3 mins walk from the centre. Breakfast was simple but good. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The pho breakfast was a great start to the day. Amazing view down towards the town and perfectly located just up from the train station to head up to Fansipan. An easy walk down into the town too. Some great restaurants around the hotel too and much better than the ones in town. Staff were also so friendly and helpful!

Huge room, large windows, stunning mountain views from bed. Clean and spacious room, comfy bed, fresh towels daily. Staff are friendly and willing to accomodate early check-in. Quiet area but everything within walking distance.
