Good value for money (~USD28 per night). Spacious triple room. The two comfortable chairs and table were a very useful addition to the room. Comfortable bed. Pillows weren't too bad. Reception staff had little English but went to great lengths to sort out any problems. Quiet location with short walk to town.

The rate/room does not include breakfast so nothing to rate about breakfast. :) Sapa was still on FULL WINTER cold during our trip. We wished there was a heater in the room or fleece blankets were given. We love that restaurants and even Sapa Station is just walking distance from this hotel. To sum it up, we had a very nice and lovely stay at this hotel.

Massive room, comfy beds, great views. Good location, not far but somewhat secluded. Helpful receptionist and good amenities. They had a fireplace in the lobby, which was useful since it was cold.

The staff were amazing, changed our rooms upon request so we could have a better view. Staff always available for any request. Heater in the room was very effective so we were never cold in the winter nights
