We love our stay. The location is very quiet. It's amongst the rice terraces. They provided a bike rental and also arranged a taxi to town. Very helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast is good. If ever we come back will definitely stay here again.

It was beautiful - so clean, the rooms were extremely comfortable, and the facilities were immaculate. The customer service was excellent. I accidentally left behind sentimental jewellery which was located by the owners of the hotel some days later and a return was arranged very promptly after I arrived back in my home country. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Eco Villas & Spa! We enjoyed the location as it was quiet and had a remote feeling with a beautiful view over the valley and mountains. The accommodation consists of a number of standalone bungalows all with a private balcony looking over the valley. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner options, as well as a swimming pool and spa facilities. The accommodation offers guided trek tours which is recommended if you decide to go away from the common roads. We signed up to go on a 20km hike through the mountains and returning via the valley. A hike that was basically barely following any path hence the importance of having a local guide. Amazing experience! Great and affordable food, hence we didn’t bother with going any other place for dinner.

The villa is about a 20 min car ride away from Sapa centre and not near restaurants/convenience stores. However, the views from the villa and the surrounding cafe (walkable) were great. It is a great location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful and we can ask them to book a cab if needed. The restaurant at the villa also serves good food so it is not a must to settle dinner before going back to the villa.

The stay here were incredibly comfortable. Value for money and being treated like VIP. Customer service WhatsApp to offer assistance and English conversation is no problem. They offer to book bus from Hanoi to Sapa through them and I have check it is fair value. Been super helpful for any questions. Book taxi from Sapa town to villa through them to avoid scam taxi out there. Lastly they offer us late check out service without charge after they found out we are taking late night bus from Sapa back to Hanoi. Would definitely recommend people to stay here.
