We loved absolutely everything about this place! Starting from the exceptional service we received from all the staff there! They were all so friendly and very helpful with all aspects of our trip! Our room and view of the beautiful mountains and rice fields was absolutely amazing! Overall we felt like we were taken care of very well here at Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel and would highly highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice luxurious getaway within the beautiful mountains of Sapa !

Katie was super helpful in arranging transport to Sapa and to the airport. They made sure to check in on us to make sure that our stay was comfortable. Rooms were big and comfortable.

My room was perfect – spacious, clean, and with a beautiful balcony. Unfortunately, the foggy weather meant I couldn’t fully enjoy the view, but that’s just nature! When I had an issue with the room temperature being too cold, the staff came and fixed it right away.
