Bath in the Mountain View room I had was amazing. There was a heated mattress topper too so the room felt extra cosy after a chilly day in Sapa

Location wise, it was really close to the city. A lot of nearby restaurants. With the service, the staff were very nice. You wouldn’t see them all the time but once you msg them, incase you need something, they’d reply and attend instantly to your needs.

Really cool place with nice rooms and good facilities for guests to use. You could cook in the kitchen and use the washing machine. Closeby the centre but in a calm street.

The staff were very accommodating. The bidet in our toilet was leaking, it was repaired quickly.

In one word outstanding. I always say one thing that it’s not place but the people that makes the difference in any travel experience. But here I must say it was the combination of both. The host and the people of this homestay were extremely helpful. Right from our arrival till our departure they supported us regardless of any time and place. The place is also outstanding. If you get any room with bathtub then you are going to get an 5 star experience with that Mountain View. The top floor has everything you need for a staycation. Fridge, washing machine, cooking utensils, kitchen, mini bar, books, indoor games items like cards and uno and what not.
