We have great stay in Mintu home. The owner is very nice and friendly, helps to organize transportation and treks. She can also prepare tasty breakfast. Mintu is ca 15 min walk to Sapa centre, in quiet location with amazing view on valley and Fansipan! Room was basic, but quite comfortable and clean, with balcony.

The view id fantastic and the host is very helpful for bagpackers like us, water pressure was good , have hot water and convinience . got heated blanket also
