Diego is super conversant and understands all requirements in advance even before you reach the home stay from your country of origin. His guidance is very precise and helpful. The staff is very efficient and the guide for trek Ms Nini is superior.

The room and bathroom were excellent, clean and comfortable. Free breakfast each day was delicious and filling. The staff were so friendly and gave us tips on what to do each day, organising a trekking day for our group and tickets to Fansipan cable car. They even did our washing for a small fee.

- Owner went above and beyond with care and helpfulness - Spacious dorm room, privacy curtain in each bed - General areas were very clean - Central location, yet nestled in a no-car street so relatively peaceful - Tour booked through the reception was reasonably priced compared to outside. The guide spoke very good English and explained many nuances about the village culture

Value for money Good breakfast options for vegetarians and who eats eggs. Host was helpful to give all information and book bus for sapa to Hanoi Room view is perfect for a honeymoon Room were spacious 24/7 hot water service and heater service was the best

We spent 2 nights initially before 2 days trekking in a Superior Queen room and extended for another 2 nights after. Great room, very clean, nice start to the day with breakfast, laundry service and a brilliant Host in Diego. He could not have been more helpful with advice, booking our tickets to Fansipan and arranging an excellent VIP Coach transfer to Tam Coc. Thank you Diego for an excellent stay.
