The hotel is well located in the city center, near the lake. Our room was cleaned every day. I recommend it.

The hotel is in a great location - just across the street from the lake. The place is budget friendly, and we only stayed here for a night before our bus to Hanoi, I think the place definitely served its purpose.

It was the perfect option for one night. 24/7 reception was perfect to check in when arriving at 3 am after a night bus. You could walk there from the bus stop (SSB), which is why we selected it. Good value for money for spending the rest of the travel night. Nice balcony and very central. Friendly staff.

Great location, near Sapa bus station. Room had good facilities. We were able to check in at 2am as we arrived on an overnight bus- this was really helpful, check in process was quick and easy.

Big room with three beds, reception very helpful and excellent location beside the lake and walking distance to everything. Quiet location to sleep.
