we have prepared for the vacation to Vietnam 3 months ago, Vietnam is very beautiful, we came to Sapa in the evening and stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, the hotel has beautiful architecture, every breakfast you will see the scenery appearing in front of your eyes with the sea of clouds and mountains, really beautiful

Thank you for giving our family good memories of sapa, the service is amazing, the hotel has points that need to be improved but those are small points you can change it, and you have great advantages compared to other hotels we have stayed in, With very reasonable price spa service with 200,000 VND you get 65 minutes, the swimming pool of this hotel is warm water we didn't use it but we visited and found beautiful and many guests are using, their local tour guide team is very friendly we had a really great stay here

It was convenient location. Facilities were clean and staff was very helpful. We kept our luggage till 5 o'clock with no additional charge. Breakfast had various options.

Sam the lobby manager is really great you will definitely meet Him when you come to this hotel. The room space and breakfast are very well arranged, when coming to this hotel you should use their warm water pool because the swimming pool is arranged with a very relaxing jacuzzi and should choose the massage package 200,000 VND it is very cheap when you buy it before 5 pm of the day

Great location- plus we had a balcony view which was lovely. Brilliant views from restaurant eating breakfast- the perfect way to start your day. The staff were incredibly helpful- they even gave us a travel bag with some water and snacks when leaving because our taxi was 45 minutes late picking us up ( taxi was not organised through the hotel!)

Decided to come back here after the first experience was too good. However, this time the check-in wait was a bit long. The rest is no problem, the room and utilities are fine. The convenient location as well as the tours

Sapa is really beautiful We stayed in sapa for 4 days and spent a lot of time walking to visit the village, the landscape here is very beautiful and many friendly compatriots, my visit schedule is organized by the hotel at a fairly reasonable price, delicious breakfast the swimming pool services are provided free of charge by the hotel
