The staff, the hospitality and the comfortability of the rooms. The staff was very helpful checking on us and helping us with booking tours and taxi. She also allowed us to check in 2 hrs earlier. We were supposed to check out at 11am but our bus to Hanoi leaves only at 10:30pm. She allowed us to stay from 11am to 9:30pm for just an additional 100k vnd. She made sure that we don’t get scammed by taxis. She prepared lunch and dinner when we were ao tired to go out. They also clean the room daily and gives fresh set of towels daily. I highly recommend homestay 715. It’ll make your stay in Sa Pa less stress.

Host were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included soup, rice or bread with egg + fruits + coffee/tea. Really fast laundry service - we gave it in the evening, and got it back in the next morning. You can find a lot of tour offers and buses - we booked one to Ha Giang, and they helped us to arrange taxi to bus station.

The room was clean, the host was amazing, really nice family, helpful and welcoming! Breakfast was super good, for the price it's worst staying there :)
