The staff were very helpful & considerate. They moved us to better room because it was wet and windy on the top floor and we may get cold.

From the balcony we could see fansipan. Sooo when the weather cleared we went to fansipan and it was worth it

Fantastic hotel. I booked a room with a view which was great for a morning coffee. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The location was good and walking distance to some of the key areas in town.
