Staff here are super friendly. They explain us everything we need, very informative. Room size is big in a very good location, just a short walk to Sun Plaza where you can take a tram and cable car to Fan Si Pan.

A fantastic hotel with a beautiful view over the mountains and classy decour, although what makes this hotel truly special are the friendly staff that make you feel so welcoming. On multiple occasions the host happily went above and beyond to sort us out at any hour.

Great hospitality. The staff gave us a free upgrade room with a balcony where you can see Sunplaza and the furnicular track too. There is an elevator too. The room is spacious yet affordable. Strategic location, near to few halal restaurants by 3-4minutes walking distance. It's easy to get buggy in front of the hotel though Sunplaza is just actually 6-7minutes walking distance only. Will definitely return here.

Location is a short walk to town, Sun Plaza, Tourism Centre, ATM, shops and restaurants, etc. There is a mountain view unless it is foggy. Staff are friendly, courteous, and most helpful to queries and assistance. Thank you all so much!
