Julie was very helpful with everything. Breakfast is good. Pool is nice. Room was big with good heating. Bed and pillow was the best i had in Vietnam. Very service oriented staff!

clean, very lovely breakfast buffet, julie was very helpful, she met us at breakfast on our first night and asked us what we were planning on doing, she then organised a driver for us for only 800.000 for the whole day who took us to the places she recommended which we really enjoyed. she also helped us with organising massages and baths and laundry and regularly checked up on how we were going. we all agreed that she was very helpful and sweet and polite!

The view from my balcony at BAMBOO HOTEL was truly spectacular! Overlooking the mountains... it offered a stunning and unforgettable sight. It was the perfect setting to enjoy a relaxing night drink and a peaceful coffee in the morning while taking in the breathtaking scenery. The room was spacious.

This was a beautiful hotel in a really nice location in Sapa. Julie was so incredibly helpful right from the beginning through to the end of our stay - helping us to organise a walk through the villages, going up to Fansipan and booking transport back to Hanoi too. We’re very grateful to her and the rest of the team! The breakfast was also awesome.
