Mr Smith was so helpful. He arranged a local guide for the day. On another day he arranged a driver to take us to several places for the full day. We also left some clothes at the hotel and he helped and for them to be sent to our hotel in Hanoi the next day!!! Amazing service!!

The location of the hotel is excellent. Walking distance to everything but not in the busy noisy part of Sapa town. The breakfast was delicious, such a variety each day. The room was beautiful with a fabulous bath tub. The extra facilities like the sauna & jacuzzi was a surprise. The hotel is beautifully decorated & thoughtfully designed. All staff were extremely friendly, helpful, professional & went out of their way to assist us & make our stay so wonderful & memorable. A fantastic hotel, highly recommend.
