We were very comfortable in the room. Bed was huge and the room very plush. Balcony view was a nice treat although it was mostly misty so we didn't see much but that's more a winter issue than a hotel issue. Staff were very attentive and we really enjoyed the meals and the hospitality. The main town was within walking distance but you get the feeling of being a bit more removed from the hustle and bustle which was a bonus.

On the outskirts of Sa Pa, but still within walking distance to the hub and bub of Sa Pa town. Large comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms. Beautiful staircase from the lobby with nice restaurant adjoining the lobby. Several to order options for breakfast and fusion buffet. The staff were helpful with putting us in touch with trekking operator, as we did the trek to Fansipan and cable car down in one day.

Staffs are great, friendly smiley and wanted to help all the time, especially the restaurant Staffs. The location is very convenient to the city.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Aliana boutique Sapa hotel and spa. It’s up on a hill so getting to it can be a little difficult if you are just going to walk but using grab was so easy and convenient to get here. The staff were kind, warm and welcoming. We came in early December so the mist blocked the view but when it receded wow! Such a great view of the iconic monorail. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here in sapa. It’s a great stay for the price. We would recommend this place.

The view of the mountains was excellent and away from the noise of the town centre. Breakfast was good with additional menu like eggs and pancakes that you could order freshly made. Standard tuk tuk rate between town centre hotel should cost 10K per pax.

This hotel has a very nice and tranquil ambient. Like it very much. The room is huge, clean and very comfortable. The staff is very attentive too.

The hotel was really nice and located in an extremely nice spot of Sapa. The views were incredible. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were very nice and helpful- they allowed us to use a shower as we arrived really early and our room was not ready for check-in.
