Hotel Overview

Located in the charming district of Higienópolis, the 4-star Transamerica Executive Higienopolis invites you to spend restful moments in its indoor swimming pool and sauna. A daily breakfast buffet is offered free of charge.
Each suite is at least 39 m² in size and includes a balcony, an American kitchen and 1 bedroom. Kitchen utensils can be requested at the front desk.
A gym and squash court are also available in Transamerica Executive Higienopolis. For additional entertainment, guests find several bars and restaurants in the surrounding area.
Paulista Avenue, with its museums, theaters and art galleries, is also nearby. Crossing the avenue, the trendy Jardins district offers many shops and nightlife options.
Going for a walk, you will find the Pátio Higienópolis Shopping Mall and many bars and restaurants nearby. Also close are the Memorial da América Latina cultural centre, Anhembi Convention Centre and the small Campo de Marte airport with the popular Brahma Bar close by.

Please note that bookings for double bed or two twin beds in accommodation for one person may undergo changes at check-in upon availability, but will be granted priority as required by the guests.
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
