Location Safety Breakfast Swimming pool Laundry worked super fast (requested in the morning, clothes were ready when we came back in the afternoon) Same with food room service - super nice app!

Location, pool and spa. Very comfortable, clean room. We paid for the room with the view of Paulista Ave and were glad we did. It is noisy, but happening. The rooms at the back of the hotel are less good

Perfect location on Paulista Avenue and the constant security outside and inside the hotel made us feel safer. The staff were all very polite and super helpful, particularly Ismael who very kindly gave us complimentary breakfast for our stay.

The hotel is located very centrally in Avenida Paulista which is a safe area. The metro station is right outside the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. The staff were wonderful, so kind and helpful!
