Kudos to the manager, for great customer service skills. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, no bell boy, no one to carry people's luggage. and I had a lot of heavy pieces of luggage. 5 of them. I don't speak Portuguese, but the manager proposed to help. I thought the guy was a bell boy and I tried to tip him $20, he then explained that he was the manager. I apologized for that awkward situation. Very nice guy.
