The fine print
The credit card holder must be present upon arrival with the credit card used for the booking. If a credit card of a third party is used, a signed authorization form of the credit card owner and a photo ID are mandatory.Baby cots are subject to availability and guests must check with hotel prior the arrival.According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Excellent location, walking distance to Paulista Avenue. The neighboourhood felt safe. Staff helped out with the luggage upon arrival and departure, which was appreciated. Clean and fresh bed sheets. In this aspect it was good value for the money.

Rooms are nice and spacious, breakfast in the morning is really nice with a good selection of fruits (I was also impressed with the watermelon juice). When I got at the check-in desk there was small difference from what I had to pay (on my paperwork) and what they requested, without any problems the receptionist adjusted the difference in my favour: excellent customer service. Small touches like a coffee pot available all day for the customers. You can also sit outside in the rear patio.

I like the location, Staff, Breakfast was very good, aldow the hotel is not very new it's clean and good. The bathroom isn't new. The restaurant is good too. The price match my expectations.
