Good as always My favorite hotel in SP Good location near metro restaurant. Big room Good Wi-Fi Efficient employees I arrived early very tired and they allowed access as there was a room available Breakfast complete with fruit, unsweetened yogurt, bread, cakes, cheese and even good cheese bread (pao de queijo), which is rare outside of Minas Gerais Thanks

Elegant hotel, comfortable room and excellent service from the staff. A delicious breakfast buffet. Very convenient location close to the central Avenida Paulista.

Breakfast: the outdoors area is quite pleasant and the "made to order" omelette / tapioca station is a real treat. Location: good, although at the moment (July 2024) there is a lot going on next door (two noisy construction sites). There are no double-glazed windows but it is still reasonably calm and quiet at night. Rooms: spotless clean, spatious and thoughtfully furnished. Spa/Gym: interesting space, calm and fully equipped. Special touch: it was my mom's birthday and some of the staff went above and beyond to help her mark the occasion. This was really appreciated and truly kind of them (Ana Paula and Erica).
