The fine print
By determination of Federal law number 8.069, of 07/13/1990, accommodation of minors under 18 years old will not be allowed, unless accompanied by their parents or guardian. If the minor is accompanied only by his/her guardian, he/she will be obliged to present at the time of check-in, a document authorizing the accommodation of the minor, made in writing and signed by the parents, with notarized signatures. Regardless of any other provision, all minors under 18 years of age, must present upon check-in, a document with a photo that proves their identity and affiliation, even if accompanied by their parents.

Hotel was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was quite good. Location was in historical downtown but not the best part of the city.

Staff let us check in early, breakfast was real good, staff was really caring about your safety as the area didn't seem too pleasant at the time (especially at night).

Large room with effective A/C, hot shower, fridge, etc. Comfy and big bed. Breakfast was very very good for a relatively budget hotel. Location 2 minutes from a metro station.
