The Windhouse is very well designed and from the inside you can’t hear the sound from the quarry, which is not far. We didn’t meet the host in person but he was always very helpful.

Great peaceful location. Fantastic windmill conversion. Clean and well equipped and a good base for exploring the local area. Cristiana was very helpful and friendly and had good recommendations of what to see nearby. Would definitely return!

We really had a lovely stay - the wind house is cute and quirky - but yes the stairs take a little getting used to - and would be difficult for anyone who had any way restricted mobility. But we were fine. Loved the four windows in the bedroom - could see 360 degrees.

I liked everything, the location, how easy it was to communicate with the hosts, and how they assisted me with everything I needed during my stay. They gave me great recommendations and even helped me with some car trouble I had.
