The location was fantastic (across the road from the Icon Mall). The room was clean and staff were friendly and efficient. We booked as a room to use for a late flight and it was perfect for this.

There was a lizard in our room one night... but the staff helped us catch it. you can also hear the birds a bit loud from the outside, but nothing that ruins the experience. The placement was very good! There is a big mall on the other side of the street that also leads right to the beach:)

the location, the staff were lovely, i asked for more pillows, i got them, i asked for a light bulb in the bathroom, it was done, the large comfortable bed was great

Svarna is right in front of icon Bali, near the center of sanur. Plenty of restaurants, warung and shops nearby. Our room was big, super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff super nice and friendly. Also swimming pool was good, on the rooftop.

I liked the location and Iwan at reception was super helpful to book the best fast boat to Lembongan and Gili Islands with transfers and help with luggage.

Handy to the shops and beach. Rooms large enough. Aircons work ok. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Sanur is more relaxed than Kuta . And the hotel is well positioned

Location bang opposite to Icon Bali mall was very convenient... and we could walk through the mall easily to a beach side restaurant for dinner. The K-Circle store at the ground floor of the hotel was a plus point (since it was open 24hrs)

The location is spot on near many restaurants and the Icon Mall, awesome value for money. Very safe and Clean. We are already rebooked for March 2025.
