We would like to inform you that currently we are starting the roof replacement project for our pool bar, and for the BAR service, we have relocated to another space to keep the service available to all of our guests. This project will probably take 10 -15 days (estimated completed end of January 2024). The second project was to replace the FO counter that was being attacked by termites. Since this was a special situation, we had to expedite the process and complete this project as quickly as possible.
Our Pool BAR and Reception are still open and temporary relocated to other place.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The pool is amazing. The overall vibe of the resort is great. The location gives you easy access to the beach, local shops and restaurants. There is a 24 hour minimart next door for anything that you might need. I read other reviews that said the hot water did not work. This is not true. We had hot water throughout our entire stay, but you do need to use the faucet correctly as It is an unusual configuration, if you are not used to it.

The little breakfast box on our last morning for early checkout was amazing. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and had everything we needed.

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast buffet had heaps of variety. Pool was clean and very relaxing! Staff were super friendly and helpful, great hotel for the price.

We stayed at Watu Jimbar in Sanur with a large group of adults and kids and had a fantastic time. The hotel offers great value for money, with a fabulous pool that kept everyone happy all day long.

No door as you walk into the bathroom. There was a door on the toilet and shower but no privacy to get dressed or brush your teeth ur use the toilet with feeling comfortable.

The staff at the property are amazing. Very helpful at all times. The breakfast is excellent , the location is good, the hotel is old and needs some refurbishment but is still a lovely old establishment
