Good location, quick access to the airport and the Sanur beaches (bikes for free), beautifully maintained building/room doors, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and best Balinese massage I had on the island

The hotel is in an excellent location, conveniently situated near Icon Mall and the main street , which offers a variety of restaurants and bars. Despite its proximity to lively areas, the surroundings remain peaceful and calming, creating a serene atmosphere. The hotel's garden adds to the beauty of the setting, while the swimming pool stands out as a hidden gem. Additionally, the room was very clean and comfortable. The massage in their hotel spa was amazing.

1. All the staff were more than willing to respond to any request we made. 2. The premises were meticulously clean and well maintained. 3. The landscaping was just gorgeous. 4. The soft music played was very appropriate.

Wonderfully gorgeous were ALL the staff, & great cosy deluxe room. Quite area. Few minutes walk to main street & laneway just around the corner with fabulous eateries. Staff helpful with recommendations of all sorts of things! Organised our airport drop-off driver, loaned some push bikes, great in house massages & treatments. Lovely relaxed vibe around the pool, sensational well maintained gardens. 24 hr 7 days a week reception.

Such a lovely place - welcoming, clean and comfortable! The staff were all so kind and helpful. The food was amazing and I even had a massage in the spa which was excellent. Can’t fault anything.

The tranquil gardens were serene, breakfast was wonderful, fresh varied and tasty, they served the most amazing hime crafted muesli. The staff were brilliant, so friendly and attentive and welcomed you as their guest.The rooms were serviced very promptly and always done by the time we finished breakfast. The coffee machine in your room was a nice touch and the poolside bay was well priced. Our room had a king sized bed, spacious bathroom, a private view to a lush garden and a massive terrace with a huge day bed. Unfortunately the terrace was shared with one other room. You can book rooms with a smaller private terrace. The shaded daybeds around the pool were a big plus.it was nice staying in the back streets for a change of scenery.

The most beautiful gardens. Room was lovely and clean, bed was great, staff are so friendly and helpful. It feels like home when they greet you every time you come back. Breakfast was just enough.
