Staff were amazing! Our suite was beyond our expectations! Grounds were beautiful. Bed super comfy. Lots of hanging space for clothes. Breakfast options were fantastic. The staff were so sweet - it was my husbands birthday and they arranged a little surprise during breakfast.

Good location with easy access to Sanur town and local food stalls. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. The staff were amazing.

Our first point of contact was Yoga at check in who was very welcoming and very professionally courteous. He explained everything with a smile and evwn followed up to make sure our stay was going well. We also met Kariana on arrival and he was very helpful with the luggage. At Pier8 restaurant many thanks to Nana. tenta. Pasek, Celvin, Agus, Mahard and the rest of the team. The security guys were also veryhelpful taking us to the ATM. And thanks to Giri our driver to and from the airport

So much potential for this property! Amazing location and structurally great. Rooms overly sized and beautiful, but pool needs a revamp and there is only one restaurant option at the moment whilst they renovate the other. Lobby needs uplifting, furniture etc too. Staff were lovely and the food we did eat, excellent.
