They take lot of time to cook and serve ordered food and also maintaining consistency for repeated orders also seemed a challenge, I had ordered vegetables curry first day and liked it a lot but second day when i ordered same the taste and consistency changed so it was not that good as before

I like how accomodating the staffs are. Security was good. No issues on housekeeping like theft when they clean your room even when you're away doing your activities. Food was amazing. Overall the facilities are clean.

The hotel was amazing, with a stunning pool view overlooking the sea, making for a beautiful experience. The location is in Sanur, just a short walk from the main street, allowing you to explore the area easily, enjoy the restaurants and shops, and get to know Balinese culture better. Behind the hotel, if you love the sea, you can take a short walk and enjoy the beautiful beachfront. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was fairly diverse and delicious. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything. At check-out, they even surprised me with a beautiful sarong as a gift, which was very special to me. I will always keep it as a cherished souvenir from Bali☺️ I highly recommend this amazing hotel!

Everything was above expectations. The dining room staff was the best. Specially Mr Didi , future manager, who makes the best lattes. Walking distance to the beach, nice rooftop pool, excellent breakfast. Our stay was impeccable !

Lovely staff, good breakfast, great coffee, location to beach & main street for shopping. The afternoon tea offer was also lovely. The bathroom in room was fabulous with a step in shower. View from pool on roof overlooking the beach was gorgeous.
