Location, size of room. Great pools. Quiet, mainly due to long stay dutch residents. Good breakfast. Cleaning daily in good time.

The place is near the icon mall .. just 5 minute walks, they have 2 large pool and it is very clean... The place is old but clean and the surrounding environment is calm even though the place is just 2 min walk from the main road. The staff is very helpfull and friendly.... Definitely Will be back again
