The staff were absolutely the best being so helpful and friendly. The hotel was more like a small community and it's position was so good. So close to everything. The surrounding area was quiet and Sanur is so easy to get around. The hotel was clean and tidy with the rooms well catered for. Well worth staying at.

The staff were very nice. Room was as I expected for the price. Breakfast was alacarte, small but enough. Water for the shower was hot just had to run it for a little while to let it warm up. Massage was great. I really liked that you were guaranteed ground floor simply by paying the slightly higher room rate. I would like to see other hotels do this.

Great location, central, Walking distance to the beach and 15min-20min walk to icon shopping mall. Comfortable room and small pool for short stay. Enjoyed pool access room.

I would like to say a big thanks to all the staff from the front desk, the restaurant for breakfast, room service, therapeutic massage to security and anyone else I may have overlooked, everyone always happy, helpful and accommodating but always give you space making for a very enjoyable, relaxing stay. Great selection on the breakfast menu, Balinese massages on the premises are excellent and good value. Good size rooms, cleaned daily. The free parking is a bonus for me,... just mentioning there were times I would return from a day out with parking area full with cars coming and going,,no worries just leave car key with security and go about your business, pick key up a front desk next outing. Oh the location for me is great as it's only five minutes walk to beach for a swim or boat ride out to the reefs for a surf or other activities and only 5- mins drive to main road to head north or south along the highway to the coast or further afield...not to mention so many restaurants and warongs at your door step or a short walk or taxi ride. It makes little wonder I keep returning, Abian Harmony ticks all boxes for me!

Great location and lovely staff. Room was big, and just cold enough. Shower was a bit erratic and the place could do with a refurbishment, but I would come back.

Room was very clean and maintained well during my stay. The pool was fabulous. Staff could not do enough for me, very friendly and helpful. Value for money all the way. Good location, close to beach, shopping and good restaurants. Circle K, Pharmacy and Authorised Money Changer within 50 metres of Hotel reception.
