From the outside, it's quite a wow factor, and the reception area with its wooden staircase is very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Living like royalty in a 1906 palace! 👑 Just had the most amazing stay at the URH Hotel Palacio de Oriol in Santurce, Bilbao. Waking up in a historic monument with breathtaking views of Abra Bay was something special – the perfect mix of elegance and comfort. ✨It was incredible to come back to a space that felt both luxurious and modern. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to blend style, history, and convenience! 🏰🇪🇸

The location was very good some nice walks and easy to catch the train into Bilbao. Breakfast was nice and plenty of choice.

Good location to catch an early Ferry back home, did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on that. Great location to find somewhere to eat in the evening, about a 20 minutes walk away, secure underground parking (payable)

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, Zaira at dinner was smiley and couldn't do enough to help. Bedroom comfortable and clean and had all we needed. Location for ferry was perfect and we would stay again.
